We first unveiled Cloudee at the beginning of June and have spent the summer in private beta. We’ve learned a lot about how people are using the service and continue to develop it based on that feedback. Today Cloudee launches OPEN Beta, available for anyone to download and use for free, with some awesome new features that make it even easier to share and store personal videos with the people that matter most.

Now you can upload any home video from your computer with Cloudee’s free uploader. So, if you don’t have an iPhone - no worries! - now you too can use Cloudee to store and share all your videos.

Cloudee’s brand new web interface lets you easily manage your videos from any browser. Login to your account at www.cloudee.com and start streaming, organizing and sharing videos with more than just your thumbs :)
PLUS EASIER SHARING, MORE PRIVACY, OPTIMIZED FOR iOS6
This new update also lets you share to any Facebook friend or from your address book, and quickly publish videos or collections to Facebook or Twitter with one click. All videos are now private until explicitly shared, so it’s easy to use Cloudee for all your videos - whether you want to keep them private or share. And for iPhone 5, Cloudee is now optimized for iOS6 and that amazing screen plus enhanced privacy for contacts and videos.
Since Cloudee is still in beta, new and existing Cloudee users will continue to enjoy free unlimited storage. When we introduce premium accounts, all beta users will still have access to watch and share all their videos, but may be asked to upgrade to Cloudee Premium to keep uploading additional videos.

It is now easier than ever to capture videos. Whether it is a birthday party, your favorite band performing on stage, your child taking her first steps or your colleague making a fool of himself, video captures an experience like nothing else.
Yet we were missing an easy way to store our videos and share them with the people that matter the most to us. Like many people, we kept our videos on a hard-drive at home and shared the occasional video by attaching it to an email, but thought there must be a better way.
With Cloudee you no longer need to worry about running out of hard drive space or syncing your iPhone with your computer. You upload directly from the phone to Cloudee and then watch the videos from anywhere.
What’s even better is that you can easily share videos with other friends on Cloudee or from your address book. And since videos can capture especially intimate moments, we built Cloudee to let you share privately with that special someone in your life or amongst a group of your family and friends. You have full control of who gets to watch your videos.
