Introducing Cloudee

Today we are launching an invite-only beta of Cloudee for iPhone. If you’d like to get on the waiting list click here (during the Beta we require a Facebook account to sign up). 

It is now easier than ever to capture videos. Whether it is a birthday party, your favorite band performing on stage, your child taking her first steps or your colleague making a fool of himself, video captures an experience like nothing else. 

Yet we were missing an easy way to store our videos and share them with the people that matter the most to us. Like many people, we kept our videos on a hard-drive at home and shared the occasional video by attaching it to an email, but thought there must be a better way. 

With Cloudee you no longer need to worry about running out of hard drive space or syncing your iPhone with your computer. You upload directly from the phone to Cloudee and then watch the videos from anywhere.  

What’s even better is that you can easily share videos with other friends on Cloudee or from your address book.  And since videos can capture especially intimate moments, we built Cloudee to let you share privately with that special someone in your life or amongst a group of your family and friends. You have full control of who gets to watch your videos.

Like with any new product release we have made many assumptions about how people will use it, but are anxious to see it out in the wild, get feedback from you and iterate… :)
